Summary

​The NAPKON vaccination module is an extension module to the German Corona Consensus Dataset (GECCO). It captures information regarding

• immunization events
• reactions to the immunization
• ​COVID-19 infection & treatment
• anamnesis including questionnaires

The NAPKON vaccination module was specified based on the COVIM study. It was created in the context of the National Pandemic Cohort Network (NAPKON) project of the National University Medicine Research Network on COVID-19 (NUM).
