Extension: Treatment modality extension (Experimental)

Treatment modality of the care episode — e.g. chemotherapy, immunotherapy, hormone therapy, radiotherapy, surgery. A characteristic of its own next to the episode type; multiple modalities per episode are allowed, e.g. radiochemotherapy.
